The Brief

To update an aging website 
with education and member requirements brought to 
the fore.

The previous site had become unwieldily with lots of historical pages and a CMS that didn’t allow the site to look visually appealing. Navigation around the site was complicated and complex. 

With resources and information required quickly by the many different types of users, the new site had to create a powerful user experience, for both medical professionals and people living with HIV.

A series of content-rich, filterable landing pages were created allowing the many guidelines, audits, news and other documentation to be presented clearly and easily findable.

Events are one of the key outputs of BHIVA. We created a visually appealing events area, meaning BHIVA could promote each of their events with focused content, driving ticket sales.

We evolved the BHIVA brand guidelines to ensure inclusivity and accessibility. We created a fully accessible colour scheme to meet their diverse needs. New supporting typography was applied to present a modern, cohesive look.

We’re proud to have created a powerful new eLearning and membership experience for the new BHIVA website. 

A new membership dashboard with bespoke, membership content, was built alongside an
interactive eLearning courses area, where users receive automated completion certification.
