An incredible new website for the biggest fashion event in the world

As the largest and most prestigious fashion event in the world the NYFW Team wanted a website that matched their status. Through a collaborative process with NYFW & IMG we designed a site that looks super slick and presents the shows as a premier fashion event.

Interactive Designer Layouts

The key request for the site was to create a distinct separation between the designers and the more curated fashion alliance designers. We used interactive and immersive effects to showcase large photographic imagery of the designer, whilst also creating an intuitive full designer listings with quick links to specific designers.

Intuitive Scheduling System

NYFW has over 100 events on each fashion week and they needed a easy-to-use admin area to house all of these events. The result was a stylish schedule page that contains individual event listings with all the information needed to find your way. The schedule links up seamlessly to designers profiles so everything is connected. We designed a seamless and interactive schedule view with expanding animations to tell the story of the NYFW designers. The schedule system was built bespoke to show off the large amount of amazing events that are on over the fashion week. This is all wrapped up in a stunning custom CMS that is easy to use and will benefit the NYFW team for years to come.

Interactive Designer Library

We built a large designer showcase library that showcases all of the NYFW designers while also lending a spotlight to the Designer Fashion Alliance. The result was a snappy A-Z filtering system as well as a mega cool interactive carousel for the Alliance. We used interactive and immersive effects to showcase large photographic imagery of the designer for the fashion alliance.

Rich Content Throughout

NYFW is built around create editorial and photographic content. The site was built with this heavily in mind to be pushed front and centre. Using amazing imagery and powerful content the site presents the shows in a memorable, yet minimal style. News and other live updates can be quickly updated and added to the site, keeping the user up to speed with everything that is happening at the event in real time, but also for the future.
