You will love to experiment and push the boundaries at every opportunity and understand what looks great, as well as what will work for the client.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Must Haves<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organised &#8211; practice, process and structure driven<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proactive and eager to develop<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience building functional &amp; data-rich web apps.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An expert ability with all things HTML5<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Git knowledge<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A love of bleeding edge early adoption <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Great skills with building technical interaction design<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A desire to create and experiment<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Javascript and JS frameworks expertise<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Good understanding of PHP and PHP Frameworks<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SASS, NPM, Browserify or similar<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You should be able to understand directional briefs, and business requirements.
