We recently interviewed 146 festivals about their opinion and results across marketing and the digital experience. We got some great insight.<\/p>\n

It’s very clear that the marketing and digital experience plays a large part in the overall success of a festival.<\/p>\n

The research found that festivals need to be wary of an over reliance on social media and get a better handle on self controlled marketing channels, including Apps, Chatbots and Reps.<\/p>\n
