For the past 10 years Project Simply has worked alongside some of the leading festivals, venues and events, creating amazing digital experiences. We are a leader in our field and work with brands such as Parklife and Second Home. We’re a small team of music and design enthusiasts, looking to help support the industries we love.
We also have our own festival and event web product, called Plot. Plot is a web system that allows for the swift production of gorgeous branded festival, event and venue websites. It provides tools for our design team to create fully branded sites quickly and efficiently. It also provides a modern, progressive user interface for customers to manage their event website and ticketing.
This role is a dream role for a UI designer looking for an exciting opportunity to work in the sector they love. We’re a small, enthusiastic team, growing an agency and product that we adore, for clients we love. The work we do is exciting, very creative and so you’ll get the opportunity to work alongside some of the most innovative and creatively minded businesses on the planet.
You’ll sit under our Design lead, Rob and help plan and execute digital projects for our agency clients. We sit in the festival, event and experience-led venue market, so we expect dedication and love for the sector, and a creative mind to come up with new ideas, amazing design and an ability to communicate and present these to clients and internal team members.
A very varied and exciting role, you’ll be tasked with using your digital skills to work alongside the design team to conceive, produce and deliver well-thought-through UX as well as amazing bleeding edge design. You’ll work closely with the creative and development teams, helping them to bring your ideas to life with animations and movement.
We plan to work part remote with weekly in-person meetings, so you’ll have to be comfortable with that for the long term. Our office in the centre of Manchester’s Northern Quarter is always open, with shared desk space.
