We are a fast growing digital creative agency that seeks a passionate and inspired Lead Developer to join our team building inspirational websites, applications and other wonderful online experiences. Based in Manchester, the successful Lead Front End Developer will earn £35,000 – £43,000 depending on experience.
Working alongside the Head of Creative and working closely with our designers and developers, your role will be to be to lead the small development team. We are looking for someone who is extremely strong technically who is comfortable in both getting their hands dirty in the code as well as mentoring junior developers. We also want someone who loves to experiment and push the boundaries at every opportunity. We’d like someone very organised who has strong ideals on best practice, processes and development structures. You will be the final say on shaping these practices and shaping the development style of the business.
