We created a new site for a very unique event- Nickelodeon’s Big Base Camp 2020.
This never before seen 10-day pop-up event includes immersive activities, character appearances, street food & more for kids 3-14yrs old. Everyone at Project Simply has always dreamt of meeting Spongebob Square Pants, and now it’s finally happening.
Any Nickelodeon project wouldn’t be complete without slime being involved, so the website was a multicoloured adventureland filled with green stuff. The site had to appeal to kids, but also the parents too- with simple navigation and clear information throughout the chaos.
Smart customisations allow for the site to be very adaptable regardless of the stage of the promo cycle. Video content is relied on really heavily, so we made sure video is delivered at the right size for the browser your on, smaller file sizes being delivered to phones, so the site is super fast no matter what.
Nickelodeon’s Big Base Camp site is built using our very own Content Management System Plot. It’s a system we’ve built for the music and events industry having worked on so many projects over the years.
It gives us the power to roll out tailored websites super quick, and reposition budgets to where they matter- glorious, unique landing pages, dedicated tickets pages, and beautiful brand aesthetics.
If you have a festival or event, we should probably have a chat about Plot and then we should work together. We’d love that.
